Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Provider
The service devstats.gg ("DevStats", the "service") is operated by Matěj Wernisch, registered office Sokolská 1883/8, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 29519641, registered in the Czech trade register (the "provider", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@anyutil.io.
These terms govern the contract between you and the provider for use of the service. By using DevStats you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
DevStats displays analytics about Roblox experiences: revenue, player counts, engagement and derived indicators. Data is retrieved from Roblox on your behalf using your Roblox account authorization and, optionally, an Open Cloud API key you provide. Without signing in, the service shows fictitious demonstration data for illustration only.
The service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in future, the terms applicable to them will be presented before any payment obligation arises.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use the service, and if you are under 18 you must have permission from your parent or guardian. You may only connect a Roblox account you are entitled to use, and you may only track experiences you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Your account, authorization and API keys
You are responsible for activity carried out under your session. You can revoke our access at any time from your Roblox account settings by disconnecting the DevStats application, and you can remove any stored API key from the settings page.
You are responsible for the API keys you provide, including the permissions and IP restrictions you set on them. We recommend granting only the analytics read permission and only for the experiences you wish to track. We store keys encrypted and use them solely to retrieve data for your dashboard.
5. Share links
The service allows you to generate public links containing a snapshot of a selected statistic. Anyone holding such a link can view it until it expires or you revoke it. You are solely responsible for deciding what to share and with whom, including any confidentiality or contractual obligations you may owe to collaborators, groups or third parties. We may remove share links that are unlawful or abusive.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to accounts or experiences you are not authorized to access.
- Do not interfere with, overload, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its rate limits or security measures.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in breach of the Roblox Terms of Use.
- Do not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the service or its content without our written consent.
7. Accuracy of the data
All figures originate from Roblox and are reproduced as received. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, rounded, rate-limited by Roblox or otherwise inaccurate. In particular:
- revenue combines the sources Roblox exposes through its analytics API, namely in-experience purchases, advertising payouts and creator rewards, and may not match Roblox's own reporting exactly;
- any conversion to currency is an indicative estimate based on a fixed DevEx rate and is not a statement of amounts payable to you;
- ownership percentages are values you enter yourself and are applied arithmetically without verification.
The service is an informational tool. It is not accounting, tax, financial, investment or legal advice, and must not be used as a system of record. Verify figures against Roblox's own reporting before relying on them.
8. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty as to uninterrupted or error-free operation. It depends on APIs operated by Roblox and may be limited, degraded or unavailable when those change, throttle requests or fail. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its source code, design and content are protected by copyright and remain the property of the provider. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Data concerning your experiences remains yours, and nothing here transfers ownership of it to us.
Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. DevStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of figures displayed by the service, from inaccuracies in data supplied by Roblox, or from the unavailability of the service or of Roblox APIs.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for damage to a person's natural rights, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, in particular Sections 2898 and following of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued operation is no longer feasible. On termination we delete your stored configuration and keys.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be made apparent in the service before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the contract between us are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services. Where you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of that state.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts, without prejudice to any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz. The European Commission also operates an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one whose meaning comes closest to it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the provider regarding the service.
